• Managing logistics & planning from pre-event prep all the way through to event day – this means sourcing vendors, arranging accommodation, prepping materials, and handling post-event wrap-ups.
• Being the go-to person for participant communication – from emails and briefing packs to on-site check-ins and coordination.
• Travelling with the team from city pickup to the event site and back, ensuring schedules are followed and participants are well cared for every step of the way.
• Solving issues on the fly, keeping spirits high, and making sure everyone has a safe and memorable time.
• Gathering feedback and sharing insights to help us keep improving our experiences.

• Previous event coordination experience prioritised.
• Must hold a valid drivers license.
• Specific on-the-job training will be provided. You must be able to attend additional training sessions, to be scheduled based on both parties availability.

• Commit to six (6) EPIC Build events over a three (3) month period, with a minimum commitment of two (2) EPIC Build events per month.
• These events are likely to occur over a three day period in rural locations, together with extended delivery teams.
• These events may occur during the week or weekend, the schedule will be shared in further discussions.
• This is a freelance, short-term assignment, ideal for those who are flexible and open to adventure.
