1. Day-to-day Operations
   • Opening and closing
   • Infodesk manning
   • Administrative duties
   • Daily reporting to management team
   • Assist in maintaining records, including defects tracking, building inspections, event attendance, feedback, and logistical details.
   • Provide administrative support such as data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
2. Event Management and Operations
   • Liaison and Interface
   • Assist in bookings management
   • Assist with event logistics and coordination
   • Supervise & execute in-house programmes and events
   • Reporting status and event progress to management team
3. Community Engagement
   • Actively engaging with residents and surrounding community to create a participative environment
4. Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management team

• Residents of Subang are highly encouraged
• Sociable and has good communication skills
• Physically fit and energetic
• Basic grasp on social media graphic design, photography and videography
• Speaks English fluently
• Speaking other Malaysian languages and experience working with events and/or property management is an advantage

• Shift-based schedule, shifts may vary on frequency of events
• Shifts may occur over weekends and public holidays
• A minimum of 10 hours per week, with each shift being 5-7 hours.
• Shifts are in-person, physically stationed at PARC

• Standard rate is Ringgit Malaysia ten (RM10.00) per hour.
• The rate on public holiday as gazetted by the Government of Malaysia or the State Government of Selangor Darul Ehsan, then the Fee shall be adjusted to a rate of Ringgit Malaysia Twenty (RM20.00) per hour.
