We’re seeking energetic, people-oriented talent with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an eye for detail. This role reports to the Events & Experience Operations Lead.

1. Event Support

• Assist with planning, logistics and coordination for events, workshops and programmes.
• Help prepare event materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Support participant registration, onboarding, and communication before and during events.
• Provide on-site assistance to ensure smooth event delivery.

2. Operations & Logistics

• Assist with vendor coordination, including contacting suppliers and arranging deliveries.
• Help manage event inventory, stock, and equipment.
• Support in processing purchase orders, quotations, and basic budgeting tasks.
• Conduct simple research (e.g., venues, suppliers) to support event planning.

3. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with team members to meet event goals and deadlines.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and participant experience.
• Support the Events & Experience Lead through various tasks as and when required.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet), Zoom, and Canva.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Adaptable, proactive, and willing to learn new skills.

• 0–2 years of experience in event management, coordination, logistics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Volunteer or university project/event experience will be an advantage.
